He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Caldwell and Hazel Caldwell; and his siblings, Cleo Cox, Dorothy Light and Billy Kenneth Caldwell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy (Dennis Robinson) and Melissa (Jamie Vosburgh); and his great grandchild Issac Hinkle. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
