We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2023, at the age of 93, Joan B. Starnes (Greeneville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Starnes; her son Richard Starnes; her parents, Helen Becker and Paul Becker; her stepfather George Kehlbeck; and her brother Richard "Dick" Becker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Starnes and Linda Fulton (Tom); her grandsons, Kyle Fulton (Megan) and Adam Fulton (Kate); her great grandchild Preston Fulton; her niece Kathy Klein; her great-nephew Justin of Michigan; her sibling's children, Beverly Becker of California and Paul Becker (Kitty); and her great-nephew Graham of California.
