She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Starnes and Wanda Starnes; her husbands, Don Cooter, Max Hinkle and Jimmy Collins; her daughter Barbara Lawson; her grandchildren, Joshua Mease, Stephanie Cooter and Cecil Cooter; her great grandchild Kelan Travis; and her siblings, Brenda Tino, Ruth Lawson, Roxy Starnes, Johnny Starnes, Robert Starnes, Cletus Starnes and Uley Starnes.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Mease, Tony Hinkle (Sharon), Rex Hinkle (Crystal), Lori Jorah (Shannon) and Gilbert Cooter; and her sister Juanita Hartman. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
