He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Boyko and Elsie Mae Boyko (Malstrom); his wife Janet Ann Boyko (Salik); and his sister Barbara Gniadek (Boyko). He is survived by: his cousin Ronnie; his sons, John Francis Boyko (Kelli Wildman) of Shelton, CT and Michael Paul Boyko of Johnson City, TN.; his grandchildren, Ally Kutzer, Jason Boyko, Justin Boyko, Jacob Boyko, Isabella Boyko and Lucas Boyko; his daughters, Joanne Gniadek Sims (Ron) of Bedminster, NJ and Michelle Gniadek Knotts (Don) of Pulaski, VA.; and his friend Nancy Bickmore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
