She was predeceased by: her husband F. T. Spradlin (Mickey); her son-in-law Michael Emory; her daughter Trina Emory; her grandson Trevor Emory; and her parents, Lonzo Payne and Edith Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Desiree Johnson (Marty) and Cameron Spradlin; her grandchildren, Ryan Spradlin of Nashville, Ethan Spradlin of Greeneville, Sarah Emory of Waynesboro, VA and Mia Spradlin of Greeneville; and her siblings, Kenneth Payne (Cindi) of Greeneville and Trudy Payne Wallack of Greeneville.
