He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bailey Thacker; his sister Pat Hall of Kingsport; his cousin Chris Taylor (Loretta); his siblings-in-law, Stan Bailey (Jeannie), David Bailey (Sheila), Elisa Tomlinson (James) and Maria Swecker (Richard); and his sibling's children, Nick Bailey (Holly), Erica Buchanan (John), Holly McCoy (Chris), Dr. Tyler Bailey (Ashley), Dustin Bailey (Mercy), Valerie Yount (Brandt), Victoria Hensley (Nolan), Leslie Saervold, Jeff Hall and Josh Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Kenneth's name to Gateway Christian School, 1 Gateway Drive, Middlesboro, KY 40965.
