He is survived by: his brother Richard Jenkins; his niece Tonya Henke; his aunt Betty Jenkins of Greeneville; his cousin Lara Johnson; his friends, Dale and Bob Johnson; and his caregiver Holly Greene. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
