He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Sitz Jr. and Darlee Fenwick Boyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Cassell (Ben) and Kristin Rivard (Kenny); his grandchildren, Adrienne Hunt (Brandon), Nicholas Norton, Susannah Norton, Emma Rivard and Caitlin Rivard; and his cousins, Greg Bobbs and Ken Sitz.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jeffers Funeral Home (101 Graceland Ln, Afton, TN 37616). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
