He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Fay Brown; his son Scottie Brown; his great grandchild Xavier; his parents, Robert L. Brown and Dorothy Senter Brown; and his siblings, Albert Brown, Bobby Gene Brown, R. L. Brown and Freida Kiser.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Brown (Sherri) and Michael Brown; his grandchildren, Nathan, Lora, Shyan, Katelyn, Bethany, Skylar, Ethan and Hayden; his great grandchildren, Blaze, Aveona, Wyatt, Walker, Kinsley, Willow and Zaylee; and his siblings, Carl Brown and Mary Cecil Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
