She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Gibson and Frances Katherine Swinney Gibson; and her grandparents, Luke, Minnie Swinney of Chuckey and Grace Nichols of Greeneville.

She is survived by: her husband Clifford Wayne Williams; her daughters, Melinda Kaye Shipley of Chuckey and Tonya Michelle Newton (Matt) of Greeneville; her grandchildren, Brooke LaShay Kilgore (Jamie) of Chuckey and Keylan Marshall Newton of Greeneville; her great grandchildren, Jett Brooks Kilgore and Penn Wilder Kilgore; and her close friend Shannon Blake.

A reception will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home (125 Idletime Dr, Greeneville, TN 37743).
