She is survived by: her husband Clifford Wayne Williams; her daughters, Melinda Kaye Shipley of Chuckey and Tonya Michelle Newton (Matt) of Greeneville; her grandchildren, Brooke LaShay Kilgore (Jamie) of Chuckey and Keylan Marshall Newton of Greeneville; her great grandchildren, Jett Brooks Kilgore and Penn Wilder Kilgore; and her close friend Shannon Blake.
