He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Jean Dunbar; his daughter Teresa Pearl Dunbar; his parents, Willie Dunbar and Pearl Dunbar; his son-in-law Doug Penley; and his close friend Betty Derey.
He is survived by: his children, Ronda Penley, Susie Hensley (Adam), William Dunbar (Carole) and Randy Dunbar (Vanessa); his grandchild Brianne Blakely (T. J.); his niece Karen Buttry; his close friends, Renee Dunbar, Randy, Brenda Aiken, Gayle and Dallas Hughes; and his pet Bella.
