She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Blake; her parents, Lawrence Bishop and Oleta Bishop; and her sisters, Mary Belle Hensley and Betty Gunter.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Blake, Jamie Copeland (Terry), Freddy Blake, Christy Crane (Jason) and Chris Blake (Melissa); her grandchildren, Cody Blake (Lindsey), Elizabeth Blake, Lauren Jones, Katie Crane, Rebekah Burger (Spencer), Ethan Crane, Sam Blake and Anna Blake; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Justin Blake; her brother Richard Bishop (Rosalee); her sister-in-law Madge Walker (Vance); and her great grandchild Ashlyen Blake.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Serenity House, Friends of Hospice in Morristown.
