The memory of Mary Sue Shaw (Greeneville, Tennessee), who passed away on August 26, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary Sue may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Alan Shaw. She is survived by: her husband Dr. John L. Shaw; and her children, Carl (Debbie) of Hendersonville, NC, Ken (Ann) of Ooltewah, TN, Kevin (Terryn) of Charlotte, NC, Keith (Linda) of Durham, NC and Carol Johnson (Steve) of Naples, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greeneville Seventh-Day Adventist Church (710 Asheville Hwy, Greeneville, TN 37743).
