He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Blue and Flora Blue; his grandparents, Noah and Mamie Rader; his brothers, Steve Blue (Betty) and Henry Rader; and his nephews, Chuck Rader, Tyrone Rogers, Cedric Barner, Randy, Danny and Bubba McGee.
He is survived by: his children, Tenika Condra, Sangela Blue and James Blue; his significant other Dema McGee; his grandchildren, Jacob Condra-Bogan (Aeriel) and Destiny Condra-Bogan (Ty); his great grandchild Nia Chaplin; his brother-in-law Zerudia (William Rogers); and his brother Donnie Blue (Tracy).
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted towards the Houston Chapel Cemetery in Warrensburg, TN in care of Tate Chapel United Methodist Church, 710 Wesley Avenue Greeneville, TN 37743.
