He is survived by: his wife Wanda Collins; his sons, Jeff (Alison Collins) and Mark (Shawn Collins); his grandchildren, Jared Collins (Karah), Logan Collins, Tristan Collins, Trey Collins, Mercedes Collins, Kiley Collins and Davanie Tarleton; his great grandchildren, Reece and Lane Collins; his brothers, Carroll Collins (Patsy) and Joe Collins (Barbara); his nephew Larry Collins; and his close friend Curtis Ramsey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
