She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim and Edith Duggar (Moore); her sisters, Nadine Duggar and Farris Johnson of Alabama; her nephews, Keith Phillips and Don (Ann Johnson); and her niece Debra Washburn of Michigan.
She is survived by: her husband J. L. Phillips; her son Ned Phillips (Knoxville) of Greeneville; and her nephew Darrell Phillips of Michigan.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview C. P. Cemetery (4720 Snapps Ferry Rd, Afton, TN 37616).
