With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Mae Griffin of Greeneville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Bert Morgan and Iva Mae Morgan Beals; her husband Ken Griffin; her son Kenny Ray Griffin; and her siblings, Charmie Ann Stevens, Carol Morgan, Mary Sue Cox and Tommy Rueben Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Vest of Greeneville, Janie Hudgens of Knoxville, Kermit Griffin of Mohawk, Tommy Griffin of Johnson City and Bert Griffin (Lynne) of Afton; her sister Lila Hux (Jeff) of Greeneville; and her close friend Bergen Taylor. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.
