She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Thomas; her daughter Sherry Anderson; her parents, John Dixon and Ethel Dixon; and her siblings, Rufus, Paul, Richard, Roger, Jay Harold Dixon, Helen Jaynes and Clarine Foshee.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Thomas, Jerry Thomas (Karen), Lori Ricker, Mark Thomas and Mary Thomas; her grandchildren, Anthony Thomas, Samantha Thomas, Kaitlyn Thomas, Justin Riedel, Dustin Riedel, Makayla Cutshall (Eric), Seth Anderson, Cooper Anderson, Sherilyn Anderson, Shelby Thomas, Kinlea Thomas, Cody Fillers (Kasey) and Cierra Doyle (Drew); her brother Kenneth Dixon; Julie, Raymond Walker and Martha Southerland. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
