She was predeceased by: her husband Drew; her parents, John Ed and Dora Phillips; and her brothers, Jack Phillips, John Phillips and Paul Phillips.
She is survived by: her son Dwayne Wells (Ruth); her granddaughter Nicolle Wells; her great grandchild Eliza Drew; her brother Joe Phillips (Jo Ann); and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Phillips Cagle and Kathy Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
