He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrell Preston Starcher Sr. and Linda Sparks; his brother Quentin Starcher; and his grandparents, Harold, Lena Starcher and James Horner.
He is survived by: his wife Tabitha Starcher; his children, Kayla Cagle, Cameron Starcher and Elijah Starcher; his grandchildren, Brysen Cagle and Brayden Cagle; his brother Allen Starcher; his aunts, Shelby Fillers, Charlotte Carmack and Teresa Banks (Billy); and his close friend Mike Gross. He is also survived by numerous cousins that where like brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
