He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Noe and Dorothy Noe; his brother Danny Noe; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Latta, Dave McEwen, Tom Ahler, Bob Ahler and Helen Swick.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Noe; his children, Mike Noe (Susan), Colleen Noe and Karen Lorino (Steve); his grandsons, Eric Noe (Lopa), Stephen Lorino (Emily) and Jacob Lorino (Erin); and his siblings, Kay Donnellan (Jim), Doris Latta (Bill), Corlinda Burger (Mike), Veronica Hill (Jim), Steve Noe (Karen), John Noe (Janet) and Tom Noe (Rhonda).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Notre Dame Catholic Church or the American Cancer Society.
