He is survived by: his wife Vicki Freshour Bergquist; his mother Margaret Tullock of Greeneville; his children, Mark Bergquist (Jodie) of Brookshire, TX and Chan Humbert (Eric) of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Zackary (Callie), Coleman, Irelyn Bergquist of Brookshire, TX and Alexis Humbert of Manayunk, PA.; his brother Carl Bergquist (Sandy) of Hendersonville, TN; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Bergquist (Stacie), Karla Snyder (Dustin), Doug Bergquist (Soledad) and Shelby McCafferty (Jacob); his close friends, Gayle Myers, Johnny Mac, Allsion, Don, Vanessa, Lewy, Sally, Dewy, Willie, David Regal and Mark Bowers; Ralph Shipley.
