We are sad to announce that, on May 11, 2025, at the age of 77, Ronald Ray Ward of Greeneville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ward and Vergie Ward; and his siblings, Cody Ward, Iva Dell Patterson and Inabell Marsh.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Ward; his children, Tammy Shelton of Greeneville, Teresa Shelton (Anthony) of Warner Robins, GA and Tracy Solomon (Jennifer Roche) of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Brandon Bailey (Chelsea), Bryan Shelton (Caroline), Colby Shelton, AJ Shelton, Morgan Shelton and Emma Shelton; his great grandchildren, Gracie Bailey, Cade Bailey and Grayson Shelton; his siblings, Coy Ward, Wade Ward (Judy), Imogene Eikenberry, Barbara Mitchell (Tim) and Rhonda Dobbs (Junior); and his siblings-in-law, Carroll Ward, Paul Marsh and Pat Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Ronald, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Horse Creek Church of God, 900 Old Jonesboro Rd., Chuckey, TN 37641. A donation box will also be available during visitation.
