She is survived by: her mother Ruby Myers Starnes (Tootie); her grandmother Josie Ruth Weems Starnes; her aunts, Debi Starnes and Anita Myers Tweed; her cousins, Emily Starnes Emshoff Hecht, LaDeana Tweed Barger, Dean Tweed and Chrissy Carter; Bronson Boles and Kenyon Hamilton. She is also survived by Cousins Mother.
