With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Ferrell Robinette of Greeneville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Robinette; her daughter Leslie Robinette; her grandson Billy Joe Solomon; her parents, Orbin Ferrell and Naomi Ferrell; her brothers, Claude Ferrell and Virgil Ferrell; and her sister-in-law Ellen Ferrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Trine Robinette (Frank Gosnell) and Teresa Martin (Mike); her grandchildren, Hannah Gosnell (Sean), Dahl Gosnell (Jamie), Ashley Gosnell Johnson (Scottie), Brandon Martin (Ashley) and Josh Martin (Tiffany); her brother Norman Ferrell (Hellen); her sisters-in-law, Judy Ferrell and Ann Ferrell; and her caregivers, Shelly, Kathy and Mary. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Christian Sells Funeral Home (1520 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Christian-Sells Funeral Home (1520 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Everhart Cemetery - Greeneville.
