He is survived by: his wife Linda Kilby; his daughter Leta Bishop; his son-in-law Mitch Bishop; his sister Donna Sue Welborn (Robin Welborn); and his uncle Johnny Kilby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home (125 Idletime Dr, Greeneville, TN 37743). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
