He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Swecker and Evelyn Swecker; his brother Kenneth Swecker; and his sisters-in-law, Vickie Turner, Debbie Johnson and Pat Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Swecker; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Amy Swecker; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Rick Phillips; his grandchildren, Ethan Swecker, Addison Phillips and Emily Swecker; his siblings, Grant Swecker, Gary Swecker, Rick Swecker and Dinah Sluder; and his siblings-in-law, Joann Swecker, Doug, Brenda Cruey, Jean, Teddy Malone, Fay, Coy Hinkle, Danny Johnson and Johnny Turner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
