She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Phillips and Peggy Frye Phillips; her brother James Phillips; and her brother-in-law Buddy Southerland. She is survived by: her husband Sammie Brown; her children, Sammy Tilson and Tasha Phillips; her stepdaughter Jessica Daniels; her grandchildren, Cassandra Leonard, Serenity Null, Samantha Tilson, Elijah Null and Kaylee Daniels; her great grandchildren, Paeton McNabb and Grayson Null; her brother Joey Phillips; her nephew Josh Phillips; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Southerland, Rickey Brown (Melanie) and Jackie Brown (Sam Legard); and her close friends, Lisa and Rudy Carter. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
