She was predeceased by: her mother Blanch Lilly Kahl; her husband Maurice Lawing; and her son Marty Lawing. She is survived by: her aunt Linda Lilly Stewart; her cousin Darlene Smith; her uncles, William J. Lilly (Janet Lilly) and Walter Stewart, Jr.; her cousins, Jennifer Stewart Wilson (Mark Wilson), Walter Stewart III (Kyra Click) and Sam Stewart; and her close friend O. C. McCrary. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, extended family, and friends.
