He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Moore; and his brother Robert Moore. He is survived by: his sons, Frankie Moore (Candice) of Greeneville and Scotty Moore (Kelley) of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Cody Moore, Paige Tesnear, Daron Lee and Dylan Lee; his siblings, Jimmy Moore, Donald Moore (Lisa), Marlin Moore (Kim), Lisa Pitts (Edward) and Nancy Mullins (Lee); his mother-in-law Francis Holland; his aunt Pearl Landers; his great-nephew Justin McGhee; his close friends, Barbara Shelton, Judy Burns, Genia Gentry, Stacy and Tim Murphy; and his parents, Walter D. Moore, Sr. and Lola Mae Moore.
