She is survived by: her children, Carolyn (John Holt), Mike Gentry (Karen) and Bobby Gentry; her daughter-in-law Becky Gentry; her grandchildren, Tara Covington, Deidre (Daniel McCaslin), Chad Covington of Kingsport, Dustin Covington of Dryden, VA, Jeremy (Amanda Gentry) and Tyler (Trevor Gentry); her sister Shirley Cutshaw; her stepsisters, JoAnn Thompson and Jube Lewis; and her sister-in-law Helen Gentry.
