He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford R. Collins and Joyce Maxine Kirkpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blazer Collins; his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law Scott Fitzgerald; his siblings, Bobbie Williams (Will) and Jim Kirkpatrick (Heather); his stepsister Paulette Brewer; and his sisters-in-law, Beryl Freshour and Margaret Blazer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the GreeneLawn Memory Gardens (4159 Asheville Hwy, Greeneville, TN 37743).
