He is survived by: his wife Nellie Ann Walker Blevins (Greeneville); his sons, Todd Sebastian Blevins of Johnson City and John Willard Blevins of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Riley Blevins, Loren Blevins and Jace Blevins; his brother Avery; his siblings-in-law, Donna Blevins, Zan Walker and Dan Walker; and his nieces and nephews, Charla Blevins, Raechelle Cavanaugh, Christina Shackleford, Leigh Ann Mitchell, Mike Walker, Clint Walker and Beth McNeese.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Choir Fund of First Presbyterian Church.
