He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ratledge and Polly Ratledge; and his daughter Melanie Mills. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ratledge; his children, Stephen Ratledge and Kristen Ratledge Toomer (Lyle); his grandchildren, Jon Mills, Parker Mills, Chase Toomer (Alexis), Emily Toomer, Trip Toomer (Rachel), Kacey Toomer and Wade Pocorobba; and his siblings, Jackie Ratledge and Jennifer Arden (Owen). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
