He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Bills. He is survived by: his mother Debi Horn; his stepfather David Horn of Greenfield; and his sisters, Bethany Arnold (Bradley) of Milan and Brittany Floyd of Greenfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and friends.
