He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Frazier and Mary Lou Frazier (Jennifer Frazier). He is survived by: his children, Joseph P. Frazier, Adams C. Frazier and Amber D. Frazier (Regina Burroughs); and his siblings, David Frazier, Tim Frazier and Dawn Porter (Sue Frazier). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
