She is survived by: her husband Wayne Perkins; her children, Jeff Perkins (Tammy), Clark Perkins (Larissa) and Wendy Tate (Steven); her sister Trudy McKelvy (Eddie Joe); and her niece Stephanie Smithson (Ken). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
