He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Skinner and Novella Skinner of Bradford; his children, Malcolm and Angela Skinner; and his siblings, James, Gerald Skinner and Rosie Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Skinner; his children, Stephanie Miller (Joe), Sherry Skinner, Neal Skinner (Joyce), Billy Skinner (Lailanie), Shelia King and Steven King; and his siblings, Dean Jackson of Greenfield, TN., Ed Skinner of Greenfield, TN. and Billy Skinner (Neva) of Greenfield, TN.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home (2209 N Meridian St, Greenfield, TN 38230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
