He was predeceased by : his parents, Bobby Denton and Birdie Louise Shafer; and his brothers, Paul Denton and Clark Denton. He is survived by : his children, Jason Denton (Jacquelyn), Stephanie Sellars (Ronnie) and Heather Cogburn (Deby Denton); and his sisters, Faye Jackson, Brenda Wilkerson and Debbie Hill. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
