He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Leroy Leyhue and Ada Ruth Leyhue; and his siblings, Ida Bell Leyhue, Bobby Lee Leyhue, Jimmy Wayne Leyhue and Larry Joe Leyhue.
He is survived by : his wife Debbie Leyhue; his children, Jeff Leyhue of Martin, Christopher Leyhue of Martin, Michael Leyhue of Florida, Susan Renee Carpenter of Martin, Frank Nelson Jr., Randy Nelson, Roger Nelson and Amy Lesniewicz; and his siblings, Elmer Dale Leyhue, William Lynn Leyhue, Peggy Ann Crocker, Wanda McCartney and Velma Gail Tyson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
