He was predeceased by: his mother Amy Lou Brewer Weaver. He is survived by: his father William Bedford Weaver; his brother Martin Dale Weaver; his wife Roslyn Childers Weaver; his son Dirk Weaver; his siblings, Wilson Weaver (Renee) and Linda Weaver Jones; and his grandchildren, Finley and Henry Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Layne Funeral Home (32871 TN-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN 37365). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the Fall Creek Cemetery (30067 TN-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN 37339).
