He is survived by: his wife Sarah Collins; his parents, Lisa Pratt (Eric) and Willie Collins; his grandparents, David and Judy Raley; his brothers, Ben Collins (Tiffany) and Colton Pratt; his uncle Rodney Raley (Kristi); and his cousins, Luke Raley (Stevie), Cooper Raley, Ryan Smith, Abby Smith and Karis Smith.
