He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Taylor of Dyersburg, TN and Phyllis Hickerson of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Lindsey Butler, Brianna Swaggert, Adam Hickerson, Emma Hickerson and John Todd Taylor; his great grandchildren, Scott, Kohen, Olivia and Waylon; and his brother Douglas Elmore (Juanita) of Halls, TN..
