He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Elmore and Lorrane Elmore (Gilliland); and his close friend Dianne Stacey. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Taylor of Dyersburg, TN and Phyllis Hickerson of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Lindsey Butler, Brianna Swaggert, Adam Hickerson, Emma Hickerson and John Todd Taylor; his great grandchildren, Scott, Kohen, Olivia and Waylon; and his brother Douglas Elmore (Juanita) of Halls, TN..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Halls Funeral Home (109 N Church St, Halls, TN 38040). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Archer's Chapel Cemetery (339 Archer's Chapel Rd, Halls, TN 38040).
