He was predeceased by : his mother Linda; and his sister Sherry. He is survived by : his wife Samantha; his sons, Micah, Tanner and Trey; his grandchildren, Diana Sage and Rhett; his siblings, Misty and Greg; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Kayla, Brittney, Destiny, Savannah, Peyton, Taylor and Julie.
