He is survived by: his daughters, Corie Michelle Howard of Dyersburg, TN and Joyce Shelly of Kentucky; his granddaughter Latica Rushing of Tampa, FL.; his sister Edna Gibson (Dale) of Texarkana, AR; and his sisters-in-law, Goldie Howard (Walter) and Pat Howard (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
