With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Elaine Throgmorton of Halls, Tennessee, who passed away on March 11, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Albertus Smith and Effie Emma Smith (Olds); her husband William Glover Throgmorton; and her siblings, Bill Smith, Margaret Manuel and Inez Brinkley.
She is survived by : her children, Diane Pittard (Randy) of Midlothian, TX, Steve Throgmorton (Donna) of Dyersburg, TN, Stan Throgmorton (Cathy) of Dyersburg, TN and Chris Throgmorton (Kelly) of Halls, TN; her sister Janet Cates (Danny) of Halls, TN; and her sisters-in-law, Martha Dugger and Francis Harrell. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-three great- grandchildren.
