She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Hattie Perry. She is survived by: her husband Trinidad Ponce'Mata; her children, Rebecca Perry of Johnson City, TN, Cody Perry of Chapel Hill, TN and Steven Bledsoe of Rosa, AR.; her parents, Roger Bledsoe of Dyersburg, TN and Linda Smith of Ridgley, TN.; and her sister Christina Smith of Ridgely, TN.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
