She is survived by: her husband Leonard Meeks; her children, Conley Burks Wright (Dee) of Jackson, TN and Elizabeth Mahan (Kyle) of Pottersville, MO; her daughter-in-law April Wright of Halls, TN.; her grandchildren, Will Wright (Leighann) of Dyersburg, TN, Sara Moody (John) of Newbern, TN, Garrett and Grant Mahan of Pottersville, MO.; her great grandchildren, Robert, Paul, Ella Wright, Molly and Ethan Moody; her stepgreat-granddaughter Mary Emersyn Meeks; her stepchildren, Scott Meeks (Carol), Russell Meeks (Beth) and Jennifer Nelson (Scott) of Halls, TN.; her stepgrandchildren, Logan, Hayden (Emmy), Addison (Erin), Joseph Meeks (Emma) and Franklin Nelson; her sisters, Mary Lou McMahan and Julie Davis (Bill); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Burks, Betty Burks and Jimmie Sue Burks Williams.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Halls Funeral Home (109 N Church St, Halls, TN 38040). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
