She is survived by: her son Scottie; her daughter-in-law Maria Welch; her grandchildren, Troy and Traci; her siblings, Sharon Bailey, Judy Bright and Jack Howard; and her sister-in-law Lula Ellison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Sumter Cemetery.
