He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Perry and Mary Perry; and his siblings, Ted Perry, William Perry and Juanita Pitcock.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma "Tilly" Perry; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Perry, Debbie, Marsha Bartel, Greg Perry, Amy, Barbara Ann White and Johnny.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Halls Funeral Home (109 N Church St, Halls, TN 38040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
